Each month, climbers can expect tailored beginner and intermediate workouts focused on building strength, refining technique, and progressing steadily. Our structured approach, including expert guidance and a dedicated deload week, ensures optimal performance gains while minimizing the risk of overtraining.

  • Choose our beginner program if you're new to strength training—it builds foundational strength, technique, and climbing skills. For those with some training experience, the intermediate program offers advanced exercises to tackle tougher routes. Start with the beginner level if you're unsure, then move to intermediate as you progress. Need help choosing? Reach out to our team for guidance!

  • Joining mid-month? No problem! Our flexible training cycles let you start right where we are in the month. You'll have access to all resources and support to jump into training and progress your climbing skills from day one. Questions? Reach out—we’re here to support your journey!

  • While there isn't a strict schedule you must follow, we recommend aiming to complete one strength training session and one technique session per week to maximize your progress. The flexibility of our program allows you to choose the days and times that best fit your schedule and preferences. Each session typically takes around 45 minutes to complete, making it easy to incorporate into your routine.

  • Absolutely! We understand that every body is unique, and individual limitations may require modifications to certain exercises. If you have a specific limitation, we recommend reaching out to our team for personalized guidance. Our coaches can provide alternative exercises or modifications tailored to your needs, ensuring that you can still participate in the program safely and effectively.

  • Absolutely! We provide various avenues for communication with our coaches throughout the program. You'll have access to weekly Q&A sessions, a private Facebook group for community support, and direct communication via email or through the training app.
