Who is this program suited to?

This program is most suited for climbers who are just starting on their climbing journey or climbers who have been climbing for a while and are currently climbing at V4 or below and are looking for guidance on how to improve as quickly and as safely as they can so that they can enjoy their sessions in the gym.

What does the program offer?

  • Monthly comprehensive off-the-wall strength training and on-the-wall technique refinement, capped off with a deload week for optimal recovery and adaptation.

  • Exclusive access to our Facebook group for ongoing support and community engagement

  • Optional weekly Q&As with your coaches and fellow climbers to answer your questions and keep you on track and motivated.

What do I need to get started?

  • Access to a bouldering gym/woody and a hangboard

  • Access to some basic gym equipment like suspension trainers, rings and dumbbells, most of which any good climbing gym would have.

  • A smartphone to download the training app.
